Now what's the real problem in Memphis?

I've heard lots of people tell me about the big problems in this little corner of the state.  We've got de facto segregation, troubled schools, violent crime, and the list goes on.  That's in the city, of course.  The suburbs, to hear folks talk, are seraphic.

Some angels just fall, I suppose.
